PureSecurity is proud to announce the general availability to PureSecured customers of the PureSecured ServiceDesk. The ServiceDesk is a web-based ticketing and support system. Features include LiveSupport chat functionality, an online troubleshooter and Knowledgebase, as well as reference Download sites per customer for configuration documents and reference utilities.
